Exciting Opportunity for Experienced OR Nurse!

Job Description:

- Shift: 12-Hour Nights
- Schedule: Weekends as scheduled
- Location: 50-mile radius rule applies
- Submission Requirements:
- Must include a copy of unexpired driver's license
- No prescreen for the OR
- Experience required in all areas of the Operating Room
- Opportunity to cross-train to Endoscopy
- Work within a dynamic environment with:
- 11 total rooms (8 OR Suites and 3 Endo Suites)
- Approximately 25 Endo cases per day and 65 total cases
- Equipment Experience:
- Baxter pumps
- Robots: Phillips and Dynomap; DaVinci Robot experience is a huge plus!
- Case Types:
- Vascular surgical procedures (excluding open hearts), General, Orthopedic, Neurological, Eyes, ENT
- Call Requirements:
- One weeknight call every 4 weeks from 7 PM to 7 AM
- One weekend shift call on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 24 hours per 3-month contract)
- Required Certifications:
- BLS Certification
- ACLS required for perm staff due to modern sedation
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 91 weeks
- Charting System: EPIC
- Trauma Level: 2
- Care Setting: Acute
