Utilizes critical thinking and technology in decision‑making, problem‑solving, and integrating new systems to enhance patient care and outcomes. Provides strong leadership and mentorship, ensures high‑quality clinical care, supports staff development, and maintains clear communication and planning for patient care delivery. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Computer literacy [Required] Skill and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts and techniques which are central to the nursing profession and is normally acquired through completion of a BSN and/or MSN program.
