YOUR MISSION

Every Customer Attendant is cross-trained across our front lot, our tunnel, and our indoor vacuum bay — and scheduled wherever the shift needs you most. Whether you're the first face a customer sees, guiding their car safely through the wash, or sending them off with a spotless car and a smile, your job is the same: turn every visit into a five-star experience and hold the Slippy's standard, station after station.

WHAT YOU'LL BE MEASURED ON

This isn't a task list — it's what winning looks like in this seat, wherever you're working that day. You'll get specific numeric targets during onboarding once you've seen the pace firsthand.

At the Front — Greeting & Sales

•  Greet every vehicle quickly and warmly, and help each customer find the right wash package or FAST PASS membership.

•  Screen every vehicle for anything that needs special handling — racks, ladders, or conditions that aren't safe to wash — before it reaches the tunnel.

In the Tunnel

•  Guide every vehicle onto the conveyor safely and keep the line moving without ever rushing the customer.

•  React immediately to any incident on the conveyor — stop it, check on the customer, and get a manager involved.

In the Vacuum Bay

•  Keep towels and window-cleaner bottles stocked and ready all shift.

•  Be the friendliest, most helpful face customers see on their way out — checking in, capturing feedback, and asking for Google reviews.

Every Shift, Wherever You're Working

•  Keep your station and the surrounding area clean and welcoming — first (and last) impressions happen fast.

•  Give customers your full attention — phones stay off the floor, anywhere production is happening.

•  Handle every transaction, sign-up, and interaction accurately and honestly.
