The Registered Nurse provides primary patient care, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current Texas Nursing License, and a minimum of 2 years of nursing or medical office experience. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, document health histories, vital signs, and treatment responses, execute prescribed treatments, and administer medications. Delegate tasks within legal scope, educate patients and families on health management, and document all care activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve care outcomes, monitor quality assurance data, and assist in developing clinical policies. Skills Strong communication, judgment, discretion, and adherence to policies and procedures.
