We specialize in: Commercial Electrical Construction Industrial Electrical Systems Residential Electrical Projects Design‑Build Projects Service & Maintenance Work Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for commercial, industrial, and residential projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform material takeoffs and labor analysis Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Develop budgets and conceptual estimates Attend pre‑bid meetings and site walkthroughs Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and ownership Assist with value engineering and project planning Maintain estimating databases and cost history Help identify opportunities for process improvement and company growth Qualifications 5+ years of electrical estimating experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of NEC and construction practices Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Positive attitude and team‑first mindset Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 based on experience Performance‑based bonus structure Company truck Gas card Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Supportive and positive company culture Long‑term career growth with a rapidly growing company Why Join Caruso Electrical Contracting?
