COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.00++ per hour DOE

Additional Benefits Value: Approximately $4.00-$7.00+ per hour

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 7:30 AM - 2:15 PM.
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM.
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM.
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 2:15 PM (One staff meeting per month until 5pm).
• Friday: Enjoy a three-day weekend!

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist dentists in delivering outstanding patient care with confidence, professionalism, and compassion.
• Assist with a variety of procedures including CEREC same-day crowns, implants, root canal therapy, restorative treatment, extractions, airway orthodontics, and sleep-related therapies.
• Capture digital impressions and occlusal registrations.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control standards.
• Accurately document patient treatment information in our dental software.
• Help create an environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable.

Education & Experience:

• Dental assisting experience preferred.
• Completion of or current enrollment in a dental assisting program considered.
