Service Manager

At Buffalo Wild Wings, we are looking for a Service Manager to drive takeout operations and guest entry experience. You will help manage shift operations and coach team members to deliver legendary guest experiences. Responsibilities Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience. Assist in managing shift operations. Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Qualifications Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations. Passion for training and developing staff. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will depend on experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
