As a result, we maintain a fine lineup of world-class products, and even more importantly, a strong team of world-class people.Night Order Selectors - Hourly rate is $18.00 - $23/per hour + $2 shift differential & performance incentives. Starting pay is $18 but earning potential on the shift does go well above the $23/hour range with time and incentives. Please note: This is a night position. However, training will be during the daytime. Interviewing for possible summer start dates.Key Responsibilities:Order FulfillmentAccurately build mixed pallets using headset-guided systems and ride-on pallet jacks.Pick beer, kegs, and other alcohol products efficiently and according to standards.Handle heavy items (up to 170 lbs) safely and carefully.Warehouse OperationsLoad/unload trucks and rotate warehouse stock using equipment safely.Support inventory counting, repacking, and daily cleanliness efforts.Follow all supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks thoroughly.IncentivesEarn incentives of up to $300 per week based on safety, accuracy, and productivity.Incentives are paid biweekly based on goals thresholds and headset utilization.Maintain 180+ CE/hour and headset usage over 80% to qualify.Schedule & TrainingSunday–Thursday overnight schedule, from 7:00 PM until work completion.Mandatory daytime training Monday–Friday for all new hires.Occasional Friday work as required by business demand.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.Familiarity with ride-on pallet jacks or forklifts.Strong basic math and counting skills.Consistent, punctual, and motivated work habits.Comfortable working in cold environments and lifting heavy products.High school diploma or GED required.Steel-toe boots required on Day One.Success in This Role Looks LikeConsistently meets and exceeds goals.Contributes to a positive, accountable warehouse culture.Delivers accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers.Demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.Annual raises $25.60 after 3 years.Why Join Us?Union Beer offers a fast-paced, team-driven environment with long-term growth potential.
