Client Advisor


A premium contemporary fashion brand with over 15 years of heritage is seeking a Client Advisor for its first standalone retail location in Pacific Palisades. This is an opportunity for a polished, client-focused retail professional who values effortless style, quality, and thoughtful service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience from initial greeting through follow-up.
• Build lasting client relationships through strong product knowledge, styling guidance, and clienteling outreach.
• Drive daily and weekly sales goals through attentive selling and a genuine interest in each client's needs.
• Support styling appointments, in-store events, community activations, and local brand moments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including floor sets, replenishment, fitting rooms, and product displays.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system.
• Assist with inventory receiving, stock organization, cycle counts, and general back-of-house upkeep.
• Follow all loss prevention, safety, and store operating procedures.


Qualifications

• 2-5 years of retail experience, ideally within contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Experience with POS systems and basic retail operations.
• Strong understanding of fabric, construction, fit, care, and styling.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.


Physical Requirements


Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and lift or carry merchandise up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be provided in accordance with applicable law.
