About the Role

The Company is in search of a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its independent, not-for-profit community hospital. The successful candidate will be a visionary, mission-driven executive with a strong background in strategic leadership, financial management, and a deep commitment to quality, patient-centered care. This pivotal role involves setting a forward-looking strategic agenda that balances the organization's mission with financial sustainability, and guiding the hospital through an evolving healthcare landscape. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the organization's continued quality, trust, and credibility, and will work closely with the Board of Trustees and the executive leadership team to translate strategy into action. A key focus for the CEO will be to deepen and leverage strategic partnerships, particularly with physician groups, to enhance access, care delivery, and clinical integration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, inspirational leader with an excellent track record of building strong relationships and a performance-driven approach to operational and financial stewardship. They will also serve as the most visible ambassador of the organization, both internally and externally, and must have a deep appreciation for the company's mission, values, history, and purpose. An advanced degree in a related field is required, and the role is suited for a senior leader who can combine strategic vision with operational discipline, and decisiveness with adaptability.
