What You’ll Do Oversee client engagements, ensuring delivery is on-time, on-budget, and high-quality. Review, analyze, and interpret financial statements to provide actionable insights. Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models to guide client decision‑making. Ensure accounting practices comply with GAAP and implement strong internal controls, policies, and SOPs. Manage client banking and insurance relationships, including covenants, renewals, and financial negotiations. Lead and support audits, tax engagements, and cross‑functional client projects. Serve as the client liaison, building trust and ensuring seamless communication between financial and operational teams. Mentor and develop your consulting team to achieve excellence. What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting. Experience: 5–7 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership/Controller role. Consulting edge: Professional services or client‑facing experience preferred. Skills: Exceptional problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Tech‑savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). Credentials: CPA or CMA strongly preferred. Why You’ll Love It Here
