Responsibilities include generating life insurance sales through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up; conducting needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate life insurance coverage; presenting policy options, explaining coverage benefits, and guiding prospects through the application process; following up with prospects, addressing questions, and closing sales; reviewing existing life insurance coverage and identifying opportunities to address changing needs; working toward agency sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience; maintaining accurate client records and following applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include an active Life & Health insurance license, previous insurance sales experience preferred, strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills, ability to build rapport, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale, self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
