Batch Maker/Plant Foreman Opportunity A chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Batch Maker who has the ability to become the Plant Foreman. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in chemical blending and handling, a passion for operational excellence, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of chemical blending, handling, and production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met Lead, train, and motivate plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Manage inventory, coordinate raw material deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping of production data Operate and supervise the use of tow motors and other plant equipment Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions Monitor plant performance metrics and drive initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with senior management on production planning and process enhancements Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and reports
