Overview Gomez Law, APC Senior Litigation Paralegal Gomez Law is a leading law firm specializing in real estate law. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality legal services, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis to support real estate cases and transactions. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements. Assist attorneys in trial preparation and participate in the discovery process. Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal proceedings. Attend and assist with real estate closings and other transactions. Manage case files and maintain accurate records. Utilize legal software for document management and billing. Maintain flexibility with scheduling and availability for meetings and deadlines. Excellent case management skills, including managing deadlines and communicating with clients and other parties involved in cases. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation as a paralegal. Strong knowledge of real estate law and legal procedures. Excellent research and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools. Must be able to work in our office full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Benefits / Additional Information Our firm offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $66,000-80,000 and ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
