What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia services across multiple care settings within the facility
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond rapidly to changes during procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records of anesthesia care
• Participate in facility quality assurance and documentation procedures
• Support new staff and contribute to ongoing staff education and training

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Ohio RN license with certification as a CRNA
  • Proven experience in anesthesia care
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a hospital or surgical setting
  • Certification in advanced airway management or sedation techniques
