It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.If you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You!The Difference You Make:The Cash Management Strategy VP will lead the strategic growth and transformation of Santander's global Cash Management business, driving expansion, product innovation, and cross-functional execution in the US and aligned with other international markets.Key responsibilities include: Define and execute strategic growth initiatives, identifying new revenue opportunities and expanding Cash Management capabilities across Santander's global footprint.Develop go-to-market strategies for multinational corporations and large corporate clients, uncovering wallet opportunities and supporting Sales and Coverage teams in complex client engagements, RFP/RFI, and/or unsolicited proposals.Partner with Product Management to shape product strategy, prioritize investments, optimize pricing, and drive innovation across global cash management solutions.Build executive-level dashboards and strategic insights for senior leadership, tracking commercial performance, client adoption, and key business metrics.Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics across payments, liquidity management, virtual accounts, APIs, ISO 20022, instant payments, and digital treasury to inform strategic decisions.Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by coordinating Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to deliver strategic programs and business cases.Collaborate with global stakeholders across Banking & Corporate Finance, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Product, and Origination teams to align priorities and accelerate execution.Maintain the strategic roadmap through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and client research, ensuring continued innovation and sustainable business growth.Train and enable Sales, Coverage, and cross-functional teams on currently available cash management and payments solutions, while building awareness of forward-looking initiatives, emerging capabilities, and the strategic roadmap.What You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education:Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - RequiredQualifications:Must possess 6+ years of cash management product development and/or cash management sales/business development at a financial services institution. - Required6+ years of Financial Services industry experience. - Required.Subject matter expert as related to cash management products (payments, receivables & liquidity management) and compliance regulationsStrong analytical and financial acumen with ability to manage product performance and profitabilityDemonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle, including strategy execution and deliveryAbility to develop pricing strategies and identify revenue-generating opportunitiesStrategic mindsetStrong understanding of product governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirementsAbility to create and maintain product policies and proceduresAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignmentDemonstrates ability to develop business cases and strategic product initiativesEffective communication skills with ability to present to senior management​Certifications:CTP or similar treasury certification is a plus.It Would Be Nice For You To Have:Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.Work Authorization & Sponsorship:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.This is an on-site position in our NYC or Miami office.What Else You Need To Know:The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
