The work environment is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift, with the ability to multitask under pressure. This role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll: Lead the guest experience: check in with guests and make sure their visit meets or exceeds their expectations Serve fresh food fast: prepare and present our food quickly, ensuring the best quality Provide the greatest guest experience: help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment Understand that teamwork is the key ingredient: together, we can achieve more when we work hand in hand to meet goals and have fun To be successful in this position, you’ll need: A humble and hospitable demeanor Be able to multitask and work under pressure Passion for helping and serving others (guests and fellow team members) A desire to learn and grow The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate the needs of others Have reliable transportation and be dependable Schedule flexibility RESPONSIBILITIES Crew members work a wide variety of stations and positions within the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and production (kitchen) area. All crew members are assigned cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, which can include, but are not limited to, cleaning the restrooms, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, and emptying trash.
