IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our Sammamish team, where you will work with an active, health‑conscious population and be supported by one of the Northwest's most respected therapy organizations. Sam‑lamish is known for its scenic beauty, excellent schools, outdoor recreation, and highly active residents. Summary of Duties Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education. Monitor and document patient progress in a timely manner, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Comply with federal, state, and professional regulations. Document all assessments, plans, procedures, and pertinent interactions regarding the patient’s treatment in physical therapy via the electronic documentation system. Contribute to the efficient running of the clinic by working together as a team and assisting others when needed. Keep all patient interactions confidential with the informed consent of the patient. Qualifications / Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program and current, valid state licensure. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: 1‑2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings. Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations. Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities. Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks while staying focused on objectives in a high‑stress environment. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Work for extended periods at a video display terminal and use a keyboard to enter and gather information. Perform physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Required to work at the IRG clinic and be responsible for personal transportation to and from the work site. Pay & Benefits Base Compensation : $86,500 – $93,000 depending on experience and certifications. Enhanced Compensation : Up to an additional 20% of base salary on a professional revenue share model.
