A well-established CPA firm is seeking a licensed CPA with strong tax expertise and leadership ability.
You will manage a book of business and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

The Tax Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings while also providing strategic tax planning and advisory services. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be on the partner track and thrives in a high-performance, people-first culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a dedicated book of business, including individuals and businesses.
- Reviewing and preparing complex tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing proactive tax planning, strategy, and compliance oversight.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive service.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to staff development.
- Supporting firm growth through client retention and business development.
Qualifications include:
- Active CPA license required.
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, preferably with some supervisory exposure.
- Strong technical tax knowledge and practical experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into firm leadership.
