Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery Facilitate a collaborative and productive team environment Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of project management experience Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills The Company: Viable Engineering Solutions is a world-class concept-to-completion center for the industrial market.
