Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas SLP license (TX SLP) required
• Open to SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and therapy on both individual and group levels
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse student populations
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
• Prepare required reports, including participation in IEP meetings and goal development
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs within the school environment
