I'm partnered with a rapidly growing global manufacturer of industrial processing equipment that is investing heavily in its aftermarket organization, facilities, customer support, and people.

You'll inherit an established portfolio of manufacturing customers and become the trusted technical advisor they rely on to improve equipment reliability, maximize up-time, and plan for future needs. This is an existing relationship-driven opportunity, not a cold-calling role or a territory you must build from scratch.

Help shape a growing aftermarket organization

$70,000-$110,000 base salary plus company vehicle and benefits

How You'll Make An Impact

• Build relationships with plant, maintenance, engineering, and operations leaders
• Visit customer facilities to understand their equipment, processes, and maintenance needs
• Help customers shift from reactive repairs to proactive maintenance planning
• Recommend parts, upgrades, retrofit packages, and equipment improvements
• Prepare quotes and coordinate solutions with technical and engineering teams
• Help customers reduce downtime and improve long-term equipment performance
• Partner with internal capital equipment sales teams when larger projects arise

What It Takes To Succeed

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical curiosity
• Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing customers
• Consultative, relationship-first approach to sales and service
• Ability to understand machinery and recommend practical solutions
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage a remote territory
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer facilities

Relevant backgrounds may include food processing equipment, packaging, material handling, industrial machinery, field service, technical account management, aftermarket parts sales, reliability, or industrial maintenance.
