Director OF Investor Relations

Director Of FinanceCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $155,000 to $250,000 per year.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage investor engagement strategies to support capital raising efforts and long term stakeholder relationships.Prepare investor communications, presentations, financial materials, and reporting packages for internal and external audiences.Support fundraising activities by coordinating due diligence processes, data rooms, and investor requests.Build relationships with investors, financial partners, and industry contacts while serving as a key point of communication.Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, market positioning, and corporate growth opportunities.Requirements8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.Previous experience supporting fundraising initiatives, capital markets activities, or strategic finance projects.Strong financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business case development skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships in a fast paced environment.Willingness to travel as needed and support occasional extended work schedules.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.Prior experience working with institutional investors, venture capital firms, private equity groups, or other investment organizations.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a strategic business mindset.Previous experience coordinating due diligence efforts, investor materials, and transaction related processes.Self motivated, highly organized professional with strong relationship building skills and a proactive approach to achieving results.
