Python Developer

Job Summary Python Developer to build and support scalable applications, automate platform workflows, and develop data pipelines, dashboards, integrations, and migration processes across enterprise systems. The role involves working closely with global markets support teams and data science groups to train next‑generation AI systems, ensuring high‑quality, real‑world input for model development. Responsibilities Write production‑grade Python code that is tested, documented, and shipped to production environments. Develop and maintain data pipelines using PySpark, Python, and SQL for data ingestion and processing. Design, build, and support dashboards and business intelligence solutions for operational decision making. Automate platform workflows and internal tooling to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to deliver high‑quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions. Assist in the design and implementation of cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS) to support scalable applications. Support migration projects and ensure smooth transitions of legacy systems to modern architectures. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python programming. Experience with PySpark, AWS services, and data engineering pipelines. Knowledge of Java, Node.js, and SQL is a plus. Familiarity with full‑stack development and front‑end technologies is desirable. Experience working in financial services or related regulated environments is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly rate ($55–$65) with opportunities for annual salary growth.
