Responsibilities Lead complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation, driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables. Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Lead planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and priorities. Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Establish and maintain governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. Monitor program performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and report on status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Lead change management initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and coach junior program managers and project team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. 6-9 years of experience in program or project management or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership. Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements. Preferred Skills Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. PMP certification or equivalent. Experience managing programs or projects in technology, engineering, or product development environments. Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet). Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
