Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Opportunity - Fulltime

MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a state-of-the-art surgical facility near North Myrtle Beach, SC . This full-time, permanent, direct-hire role comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Starting Pay: $30.00/hour


Certified Surgical Technologist Key Responsibilities:

• Surgical Preparation: The Certified Surgical Technologist will maintain a sterile environment by preparing instruments and supplies, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition.
• Shift Options: Flexible day shifts with choices between 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.
• Instrument Handling: The Certified Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons by efficiently passing instruments and anticipating their needs during procedures.
• Hosptial setting
• Patient Care: The Certified Surgical Technologist will collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Certified Surgical Technologist Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist is required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to working with the surgical team.
• Certification: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
