Data Collection Specialist (Part-time)

One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Data Collection Specialist to join our growing team in Peoria Heights, IL. The Data Collections Specialist role with Pearl Insurance Group will make non-sales calls to firm prospects with the goal of collecting data about the company. The primary goal is collecting the expiration date (x-date) of the company’s current professional liability insurance. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours to start. Collect insurance policy “X” dates and other pertinent prospect information including correct address, correct contact, fax number, number insured and e-mail address.

• Use database for marking responses and activities in telemarketing campaigns and for generating follow-up activities for the appropriate salesperson.
• using Excel templates.
• Maintain a minimum of 18 calls per hour.

High School graduate or equivalent.

• Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer skills including – keyboarding, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• 15.00 - 15.00 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
