Sales & Guest Experience Associate
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Daytona Beach, FL is looking for confident, positive, and sales-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people. This is NOT just a front desk position. Our Spa Associates build relationships with guests, recommend services and memberships, and create an exceptional spa experience from start to finish. If you enjoy talking to people, working toward goals, and earning commission and bonuses for your hard work, we'd love to meet you!
Hourly pay PLUS uncapped commission. Monthly contests and bonus opportunities. Flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time availability. Growth opportunities into leadership and management roles. Meet and exceed membership sales goals. Build strong relationships with members and guests. Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and promotions. Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Schedule appointments and manage guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism. Support the team in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Positive and energetic personalities. Goal-oriented individuals motivated by bonuses and commission. Strong communicators who enjoy helping people. Team players who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in sales, hospitality, beauty, fitness memberships, bartending, serving, or customer service.
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required. Sales and customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
