Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a knowledgeable pharmacist to provide expert care in a specialty pharmacy setting serving long-term care needs. This contract role is based in Brainerd, MN, with a commitment of 13+ weeks, offering a structured schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient health.
Location:
- Brainerd, MN
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Some weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Long Term Care pharmacist duties with precision and compassion
- Ensure accuracy in dispensing medications and provide thorough patient counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage specialty pharmacy operations efficiently
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- PharmD degree strongly preferred
- Immunization certification required
- CPR certification required
- MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
