Telemarketing Sales Position David Dean State Farm

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Eagle Creek)

Type: Full-time, in-office

Pay: Base + bonuses (~$40K$60K+ to start; top performers earn more)

What You'll Do

• Call prospects and existing clients to quote and sell policies
• Bundle coverages and add lines over the phone
• Deliver fast, friendly service that converts calls into sales
• Hit daily and monthly call, appointment, and sales goals
• Train to sharpen phone sales, objection handling, and closing skills

Who We're Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and coachable
• Competitive and driven by targets and earnings
• Strong phone presence and clear communicator
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience a plus
• Willing to obtain insurance licenses (training and exam support provided)
