POSITION SUMMARY:
The position will insure maintaining a well-stocked and safe recovery area, adhering to Villa Sport standards and task checklists. Recovery Associates will execute all responsibilities under the supervision of the Recovery Supervisor. They will manage the appointment system and guide members to suitable services, surpassing member expectations with a consistently cheerful demeanor.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• $16.90-$17.75 hourly, based upon relative experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-star customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Proficient computer skills; able to learn new software and systems efficiently.
• Experience working for or managing a day spa or recovery center.
• Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus.
• Experience leading a team and being a part of a high-performing team.
