Senior Health ActuaryClient-facing health actuarial consultant. Closer to client-facing consulting than a pricing or reserving specialist because multiple client relationships, presentations and business development define the senior remit. Senior Health Actuary role in Marsh's Actuarial and Financial Group, serving large employer clients in group health and benefits consulting. Based near a Marsh office, including Richmond, Virginia, the hybrid position leads complex engagements, client recommendations, team development, business development, and health actuarial thought leadership.RequirementsStrongly preferredConsulting experience with large clients (10,000+ lives)Relevant experience in group health and benefitsProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex presentations and recommendationsExperience leading and developing team membersASA or FSA credentialNice to haveDemonstrated success in business development and identifying growth opportunitiesExperience leading intellectual capital projects in health actuarial services and productsExpertise in innovative networks, health plans, data science, or predictive analyticsDomain Group health and benefits consulting Experience with large employer clients (10,000+ lives) Health actuarial services and products
