Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Nevada permanent license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill contract quality assurance credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical record systems
