The Groundsperson reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including: Conducting pruning and landscape maintenance Trimming, edging, and mulching as directed Raking leaves and collecting debris from grounds and common areas Cleaning grounds and breezeways, including trash collection Assisting with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor Assisting with light maintenance as directed by supervisor Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently.
