Head of Offensive AI Security

Postman is seeking a Principal Offensive Security Engineer to lead the strategic direction of the offensive security program, including building an Offensive AI Security capability and partnering with CISO leadership on threat-informed defense strategy.
You will shape the program for the next three years, drive adversarial testing of AI systems, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations, and mentor a high-performing security team across multiple functions.
