Job Details Job Location: Eustis Outpatient - Eustis, FL 32726 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $27.00 Job Category: Therapist Job Purpose The Youth & Family Tree provides services to at-risk youth, ages 12-24, who are experiencing substance abuse and/or generational trauma. This program extends individual trauma treatment to parents and caregivers of the child. The MA/MS Licensed Therapist will develop comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments clinically responsive to age-appropriate patient/family needs and concerns commensurate with knowledge in the substance abuse/mental health field. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate consumers’ medical or physical condition and to assess needs. Provide documentation of clinical and case management services in accordance with department standards. Participate with the interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing clinical treatment plans for consumers. Serve as consumer advocate for needs within the community. Comply with the regulations requiring a workplace of dignity and respect and equal employment opportunity compliance. Willingness to abide by the company’s published rules and regulations. Qualifications Required Education Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Counselor Education, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other relevant Human Service Field required. Licensure required as Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist valid in FL. Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably working with clients with mental health disorders. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Experience in conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Required Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients. Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer skills.
