Responsibilities:

• Type and maintain meeting minutes from handwritten notes
• Maintain brochures in the Hall of Medical History
• Filing and organize McGovern Academy's library
• Monitor Latch Key Room for cleanliness & organization
• Maintain inventory of supplies in office, storeroom, and Latch Key Room
• Assist with social media & website updates
• Meet food delivery staff & AV set-up for various meetings and conferences
• Assist McGovern Academy staff as needed
