A Physical Therapist opportunity is available in Pensacola, FL at a 515-bed hospital that holds Accredited Chest Pain Center and Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designations, is the first facility in Florida to earn Atrial Fibrillation with Electrophysiology Services Accreditation, operates an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, and is the area's only comprehensive CARF-accredited physical rehabilitation hospital.

The role. In this position, you will conduct evaluations and deliver treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics, assessing and evaluating therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status to contribute to each patient's total plan of care. You will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care in the patient's home, applying procedures and techniques designed to produce meaningful changes in condition or function consistent with the physician's plan of care. A key part of the role involves instructing patients, family members, and caregivers in the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and prosthetic devices intended for use outside of therapy sessions. You will also prioritize your caseload, determine daily staffing needs, and coordinate assignments and handoffs accordingly.

What we're looking for.

• Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy REQUIRED
• State Licensed Physical Therapist
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Schedule. Days with rotating weekends; shift details will be explained during the interview process.

Compensation. $39.95 - $54.10/hr plus Sign On: Case by Case (NOT GUARANTEED) Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
