About Us

Magic Smell is a luxury fragrance kiosk located in The Woodlands Mall, offering designer and niche perfumes. We're a small, fast-moving team where great salespeople are rewarded directly for their results.

Flexible Hours That Work for You

We build the schedule around your availability — whether you're a student, have another job, or just want extra income. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available. Tell us when you can work, and we'll make it happen.

What You'll Do

Engage shoppers walking by the kiosk and introduce them to our fragrances
Recommend scents based on customer preferences and close sales
Process transactions on our point-of-sale system (Clover — we'll train you)
Keep the kiosk display clean, organized, and fully stocked
Hit daily and weekly sales goals (commission paid on top of hourly)

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, confident personality—you're comfortable starting conversations with strangers
Sales or retail experience preferred, but attitude matters more than résumé
Reliable and punctual when scheduled
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Interest in fragrance is a bonus—we'll teach you the products
