The Role

We're growing our AMS Americas Talent Pool and are looking for experienced Recruiters, Senior Recruiters Sourcers and Administrative Support interested in upcoming contract opportunities across the region. These roles support some of our most recognizable client accounts, giving you the chance to work closely with industryleading organizations and make a real impact on their talent strategies.

Key Accountabilities
What you'll do:

• Build strong relationships with senior hiring managers, providing expert guidance and delivering endtoend recruitment support

• Lead vacancy consultations, define hiring requirements, and shape sourcing and attraction strategies in partnership with the Sourcing team
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring highquality shortlists, smooth processes, and an excellent candidate experience
• Advise hiring managers on selection decisions, lead offer negotiations, and support workforce planning discussions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and coach junior team members on best practices
• Maintain accurate data across systems, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and identify risks or scopecreep issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, talent pipelining, and crossfunctional projects that enhance overall service delivery

Skills & Requirements

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for talent development
• Flexibility to work across regions and collaborate in a global team
• Experience of using recruitment technology
• Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced & process-driven environment
• Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Expert administration, organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $61940-81,500 for a recruiter ,plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
