Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
