Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of trainees. Clinical Guidance: Supported by Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs-per-year, plus additional funds and 2 paid days off for CEU events. Your Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development.
