We're looking for energetic, positive team members who love fast-paced environments and creating positive memories for our fans. As a Chill Crew Member, you'll prepare our signature frozen treats, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a clean, fun, and high-energy atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone who moves with urgency, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You'll be the face of the fun side of Dairy Queen. You'll make Blizzards, cones, shakes, and cakes while creating positive memories for all who touch DQ Responsibilities: Greet every fan with energy and a smile Make Blizzards, shakes, sundaes, and frozen treats to exact standards Decorate ice cream cakes (we'll train you) Keep treat area clean, stocked, and organized Move quickly and accurately during rushes Follow all food safety and health standards Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Maintain a positive, team-first attitude at all times What We're Looking For: Outgoing personality - you enjoy talking to people Can work in a fast-paced environment without melting down Able to stand entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs Attention to detail (Blizzards must be flip-worthy) Reliable transportation & strong attendance Nights and weekend availability preferred This Role Is NOT For You If: You hate being busy You don't like smiling You can't handle pressure You call off often Benefits: 50% OFF Employee Meals when working; 25% OFF all Meals when not working Flexible Schedule Free Birthday Cake on your Birthday REQUIREMENTS Must be 16 years old You are applying for a job with a franchisee of the Dairy Queen system and not American Dairy Queen Corporation or International Dairy Queen, Inc.
