Job Description:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
Build new business through in-person, virtual, and print outreach.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars.
Develop new marketing and business-development initiatives with the firm's marketing team.
Work closely with the title/closing team to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Build long-term relationships with real estate professionals, vendors, referral partners, and other industry contacts.
Identify challenges affecting business development and work with internal teams to develop solutions.
Regularly communicate with the COO and Operations Manager regarding goals, metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay current on title insurance, real estate, industry trends, and company services.
Develop enough knowledge of the firm's real estate legal services to educate prospective clients and referral partners.
Take ownership of your territory, appointments, networking, and business-development activities with minimal supervision.
