How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead patient care delivery by following established clinical standards to ensure every individual receives safe, high-quality, and dignified treatment.

• Coordinate the interdisciplinary team as the primary point of contact, ensuring all healthcare specialties work in harmony to support the patient’s recovery.

• Execute clinical orders and care plans with precision, closely monitoring patient progress to provide timely updates that drive better health outcomes.

• Create seamless discharge journeys by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients have everything they need for a safe and confident transition home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
