Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background, skills, and compensation requirements.Location: Macon, GAShift: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pmWhat You Will Do:Manage and lead a team of 6 - 10 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environmentEnsure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control managementEnsure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned areas of responsibility.Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles and process improvementLead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
