Role Overview Provides elder-centered care in collaboration with nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring ethical, compassionate practice aligned with standards and Eden Philosophy. Responsible for operational management, quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory compliance at a long-term care facility. Serves on the hospital executive team to support operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school Alaska RN license and BLS certification Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, experience managing programs or staff, and expertise in quality improvement and infection control Key Duties Deliver compassionate, elder-centered care Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations Lead quality improvement and infection control initiatives Support operational management and team collaboration Contribute to a culture of respect, diversity, and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
