Speech Language Pathologist - 32 hours per week

Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This role involves providing evaluation and treatment for infants, toddlers, and young children with speech, language, and feeding concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, monitoring progress, and documenting clinical findings in accordance with professional standards. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team, provide education and coaching to families, and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention. Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across early childhood development. Candidates should possess clinical skills in managing Dysphagia and other feeding and swallowing concerns in young children. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and current state licensure (or eligibility) required. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in clinical or early intervention settings is highly beneficial. Strong interpersonal, communication, and caregiver coaching skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
