Procurement Contracts Manager

Leading procurement contracting activities, the full-time remote Procurement Contracts Manager will manage the full contract lifecycle, from vendor selection to execution and post-award transition, while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Key responsibilities Lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of various contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and risk standards Manage end-to-end contracting activities for complex engagements, driving alignment on scope, pricing, and timelines Enhance contract management policies and support the development of contract metrics to improve efficiency and transparency Required qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in contract negotiation and administration required Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills Experience in regulated industries or corporate contracting environments is a plus Relevant certifications in procurement or contract management are advantageous
