Telehealth Nurse

Position: Telehealth Nurse Telenett is a leading telehealth company that provides remote healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing virtual care and support to our patients. You will use your expertise in nursing to assess, diagnose, and treat patients remotely through video and telephonic consultations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our patients receive high-quality and personalized care, while also promoting their overall health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual consultations with patients and provide appropriate medical advice, treatment, and referrals as needed Perform remote patient assessments and develop care plans based on their individual needs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies Keep accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records of patient interactions and treatments Monitor and track patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times Stay updated on the latest telehealth technologies and techniques to continuously improve patient care Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times Qualifications: Active nursing license and at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of telehealth technologies and virtual care practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families Proficient in electronic medical records and other relevant software Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs, including evenings and weekends if required At Telenett, we value our employees and offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
